Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and integrating AI into development workflows.
• Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted tools with evaluation and refinement of outputs.
• Understanding of responsible AI use, secure handling, and resiliency expectations.
• Demonstrated experience in native mobile application development.
• Proficiency in Swift programming language with modern concurrency patterns (async/await, Combine).

Responsibilities

• Leverages enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, with peer review and secure coding standards.
• Applies SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation value across workflows.
• Executes software solutions with design, development, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that synchronize with systems.
• Implements testing strategies including unit tests (XCTest) and UI tests (XCUITest).
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensures design constraints are met.
• Gathers and analyzes data to drive continuous improvement of software applications and systems.
• Identifies hidden data patterns to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
