Job summary

Highbrow LLC is seeking an iOS SDET to join our hybrid team in Overland Park, KS. You will build and maintain test automation for iOS apps (Swift/Obj-C), design test plans, and collaborate across product, dev, and operations to ensure quality.

Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining automated and manual tests, participating in design reviews, and supporting 24×7 on-call during outages. Strong REST API and microservices experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years iOS app development using Swift/Objective-C.
• 2+ years with automation tools (XCUITest, Selenium, Appium...).
• 2+ years testing methodologies including TDD/BDD.
• 2+ years designing apps on Unix or multi-tier architectures.
• 2+ years Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with Redis & Apigee Proxy is a plus.
• Familiarity with Jira, GitLab, and Splunk in a DevOps context.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain test plans and automation suites.
• Manage and balance automated and manual test coverage for fast feedback.
• Develop tests and maintain them with product owners and developers.
• Ensure tests are integrated into the Continuous Delivery pipeline.
• Participate in design and code reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to on-call rotations and 24×7 support as needed.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and root causes for failures.
• Collaborate with data scientists, UX/UI, and sales teams daily.
