The tvOS Apps team works bidirectionally with projects outside tvOS platform like Fitness+ and Photos to provide the best possible experiences on tvOS. The team strives to imbibe outstanding aspects native to tvOS like communal device 10 feet experience focus driven UI etc. into these projects. Conversely any new features introduced in these projects are reimagined on tvOS such that it feels seamless to the users. As a result the role in tvOS Apps team is highly rewarding as an engineer with ample opportunities of growth. In this role you’ll be using ObjectiveC and Swift with UIKit and working multi-functionally with the core teams within and outside of tvOS platform team. You’ll also be responsible to working closely with the HI team and proposing implementing and demoing various features planned for a release.
