Job summary

Everyday Health Group's Lose It! team in Boston is seeking a motivated iOS engineer to join our mobile apps team. You will implement, design and ship features for native iOS apps using Swift or Objective-C, collaborating with product and design across the full development lifecycle.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a product-first mindset, own key parts of the flagship Lose It! app, and help scale to millions of users while growing your skills in iOS frameworks and modern tooling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Proficiency in Swift or Objective-C with an understanding of iOS frameworks and APIs.
• Motivated, eager to learn, responsive to feedback and hands-on.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to roll up sleeves and get things done.
• Previous experience with consumer-facing apps is a plus.
• Passion for health and wellness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement, design and ship new features for native iOS apps using Objective-C and Swift.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and design teams to execute the full product development lifecycle.
• Solve problems, squash bugs, maintain code quality and adapt quickly to change.
• Be an owner for the flagship Lose It! product on a small, mighty team serving millions of users.
