Job summary

Rogo is actively seeking a Founding iOS Engineer to lead the development of our native iOS app. You’ll set development standards and ship core features used daily by finance professionals, crafting high-performance Swift code and intuitive UX.

You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to shape the future of AI on mobile, owning features from concept to launch and influencing the overall architecture of our mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional iOS development experience.

We’re looking for a Founding iOS Engineer to lead the development of Rogo’s native iOS app. You’ll play a foundational role in building out our mobile experience—from setting development standards and processes to launching user-facing features used daily by finance professionals. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to shape the future of how users interact with AI on mobile.
You’ll own core features end-to-end: designing intuitive UX, implementing high-performance Swift code, and optimizing app performance. This is a high-impact role where your work will ship quickly, be used immediately, and drive meaningful value for our customers.
What You’ll Do
