About Vasukam

Vasukam is a tech startup founded by a team of IIT alumni, driven to revolutionize the next generation of social media interaction platforms. Our mission is to bring people closer through our flagship app, Ownsfare, inspired by the Sanskrit phrase "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" – The World Is One Family. Compensation:

• Stipend:Approx.2000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain the Ownsfare iOS application.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to define app features and requirements.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and bottlenecks.
• Maintain code quality using Git and best practices.
• Stay updated with iOS trends and incorporate modern solutions.
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in programming with Swift and SwiftUI.
• Experience with Xcode and iOS development frameworks.
• Understanding of MVVM architecture.
• Familiarity with Firebase-Firestore for backend services.
• Experience with AWS services.
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile app architecture.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of AVPlayer and AVKit for media playback functionality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills to articulate ideas and solutions effectively.
• Enthusiastic about learning and keeping up with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (pursuing or completed).
• Prior coursework or projects in mobile app development.
• Understanding of iOS frameworks and libraries.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and UI/UX design principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
