Applaudo is seeking an experienced iOS Developer to design, build, and scale native iOS applications that deliver delightful user experiences for US-based clients.

You will work with product, design, and engineering teams, applying Swift, SwiftUI, and modern architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture) to deliver high-impact features.

Strong English, security best practices, and a collaborative mindset are essential in our AI-native environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is desired or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an iOS Developer.
• Strong hands-on with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Combine.
• Knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and mobile design patterns.
• Experience refactoring code to improve scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Experience integrating third-party frameworks in a decoupled and maintainable way.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
• CI/CD for mobile apps is highly desirable.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced English proficiency required to collaborate with US-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and maintain native iOS applications following Apple Human Interface Guidelines and industry best practices.
• Design and implement scalable, clean, and maintainable mobile architectures aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-value features efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, refactoring, and documentation to ensure high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, stability, and scalability issues to ensure optimal user experiences.
• Contribute actively to Agile ceremonies and support alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Promote engineering best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes for mobile applications is highly desirable.

• Ability to suggest improvements, share knowledge, and contribute to technical discussions.
• Advanced English proficiency required to collaborate directly with US-based clients.
