Job summary

Brooksource is seeking an iOS Engineer to join our Fortune 500 financial services client's Mobile Engineering team. You'll be hands-on in production code from day one, collaborating with a small team to deliver feature work for the remainder of 2026 and into 2027.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted development, using AI coding tools to write and review code, while maintaining modern iOS practices (Swift, SwiftUI/ UIKit).

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional iOS development experience with Swift.
• Proficient in SwiftUI and/or UIKit.
• Strong understanding of iOS concurrency, networking, and persistence.
• Experience using AI development tools in daily workflow.
• Ability to ramp up quickly in a new codebase and contribute fast.
• Excellent communication, able to work closely and independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship native iOS features in Swift across core areas like authentication, security, fraud prevention, and transaction workflows.
• Learn and navigate an existing, active codebase quickly, contributing production code alongside a small team.
• Use AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily workflow to write, review, and refine code more efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with the team and support day-to-day feature delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable Swift code following modern iOS practices.
• Contribute to repo/technical documentation (nice to have, not required).

Brooksource is looking for an iOS Engineer to join our Fortune 500 financial services client's Mobile Engineering team. This team is supporting a full slate of feature work for the rest of 2026 and into 2027 - you'll be hands-on in production code from day one, working closely with the team's engineers to ramp up fast and start contributing.

The team is also leaning into AI-assisted development as part of how they work day to day, using AI coding tools to move faster on writing and reviewing code.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional iOS development experience, with strong Swift proficiency.
• Comfort working in SwiftUI and/or UIKit.
• Solid understanding of iOS concurrency, networking, and persistence.
• Comfortable using AI development tools as part of your daily workflow.
• Ability to ramp up quickly in an unfamiliar codebase and contribute quickly.
