Responsibilities

• Synthesize, functionalize, and evaluate polymer materials for new products and processes.
• Apply ion exchange resin technology to address processing and purification challenges.
• Perform laboratory testing and characterization of polymers and aqueous systems to generate data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Analyze results and communicate findings to technical teams and management.
• Manage laboratory operations, including equipment ownership, procedures, and documentation.
• Champion a strong safety culture by adhering to lab safety standards.
