Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a skilled IO/CI Analyst to support day-to-day multi-discipline planning for highly sensitive DoD programs within AF/SAP/SI environments. You will plan, evaluate, and coordinate security measures and brief senior leaders.

Requirements include 5+ years in intelligence/IO, 10 years military or equivalent at the operational level, and TS/SCI with CI Poly. Proficiency in MS Office and Analyst Notebook is expected; on-site in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• 5 years intelligence/IO experience in any DoD component or minimum 4 years IO, operations, policy, military planning or intelligence/CI experience.
• 10 years military or equivalent (GS/GG/Contractor) experience at the operational level.
• HQ Staff or MAJCOM equivalent experience desired.
• Clearance TS/SCI required; Must be able to Attain – TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• Mastery knowledge of DoD, National Security, and Intelligence Community organizations, policies, legislation, and directives.
• Mastery knowledge and experience in conducting intelligence operations in an international arena using diverse intelligence support structures and inter-agency cooperation.
• Skill in professional planning, organizing, conducting due diligence, and negotiating effectively with senior management to accept and implement recommendations.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; negotiate complex issues; write comprehensive studies; and maintain good working relationships.
• Strong analytical and product management skills; translating customer needs into requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Analyst Notebook.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and evaluate Air Force security and viability/effectiveness of highly sensitive programs and SAPs.
• Provide coordination of unique and highly classified proposals requiring extensive knowledge of AF, DoD, and policy.
• Research, analyze, and provide recommendations on security, counterintelligence, and signature reduction issues.
• Identify, assess, and provide recommendations for potential security vulnerabilities; review directives for compliance; prepare threat analyses.
• Provide prompt customer support and subject matter expertise to ensure mission accomplishment.
• Brief selected portions to Senior AF and DoD officials, verbally or in writing.
