Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year prior experience with Investran as end user or technical support.
• Advanced technical skills in Excel & VBA for developing macros.
• Minimum 2 years practical experience with SQL, including complex stored procedures.
• Experience with Business Intelligence Reporting Tools, including report design.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Update documentation for program specifications and interface control.
• Analyze business process flows and convert them for automations.
• Define workflows and complete gap analysis for business requirements.
• Collaborate with teams to write detailed specifications for reporting.
• Document requirements and develop reports using SSRS and Crystal Reports.
• Coordinate testing efforts with Investran vendor and develop test cases.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of data during inputs and migrations.
• Develop communication strategies around process changes.
• Quickly troubleshoot issues and develop creative solutions.
