Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in investment services, client service, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding by entering new investor data into Salesforce and uploading docs.
• Review investor documents and input data with manager approval.
• Post investor reporting to the website and generate contact reports.
• Draft investor communications and coordinate reviews for approval.
• Manage investor request queues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain investor contact data and access while coordinating updates.
