The Role: Build the Future of Data-Driven Investing

We’re looking for an Investor Relations Specialist (Fractional) to play a key role in supporting our firm’s fundraising and investor engagement efforts. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep experience in venture capital, private equity, or investor relations who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Investor Communications & Relations: Develop and execute strategies to engage LPs, analysts, and investors; manage outreach, quarterly reports, and fundraising materials; support investor marketing efforts, including CRM and database management.
  • Event & Stakeholder Management: Organize investor and analyst events, including conferences and meetings; support due diligence efforts and ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in investor relations with a large network of LPs that invest in venture capital.
  • Strong understanding of fundraising processes, LP relations, and capital markets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data into compelling narratives.
  • Proven track record of managing investor communications and executing engagement strategies.
