Job summary

You will coordinate investor communications, maintain records in transfer agency and CRM systems, ensure KYC/AML compliance, and collaborate with compliance and fund operations to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in investor services or fund administration.
• Strong understanding of private markets and the investor lifecycle.
• Experience with KYC/AML and onboarding workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel and related fund operations platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage investor onboarding, account activation, and ongoing investor service workflows.
• Support capital calls, distributions, investor reporting cycles, and fund communication processes.
• Maintain investor records, reconcile data, and support compliance, audit, and operational review activities.
• Partner with compliance, fund operations, and client service teams to resolve investor issues and meet deadlines.
