Referment is seeking an associate for its investor-relations team in New York. You will support relationship managers, respond to investor requests, and help develop processes that strengthen client communication and prospecting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1–4 years in financial markets preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and project-management skills.
• Process-oriented, collaborative, and able to work with colleagues at different levels.
• Interest in improving workflows with AI and familiarity with financial terminology.

Responsibilities

• Support relationship managers in cultivating investor and prospect relationships and responding to inbound requests.
• Keep stakeholders informed about relevant strategy and business developments.
• Help design and maintain robust product-development and prospecting processes.
• Manage short-term deliverables alongside longer-running commercial projects.
• Build fluency in investment capabilities, financial concepts, capital markets and client priorities.
