Job summary

Investment Management Partners is seeking an Investor Relations & Marketing Associate in Los Angeles to support investor relations, client services, reporting and marketing across a growing platform. The role blends quantitative analysis with investor communications and marketing responsibilities.

The candidate will handle investor reporting, respond to information requests, and help maintain high-quality materials while working with investment, finance and legal teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of investor relations, client service, consulting, finance or related field.
• Strong ability to interpret and present financial/investment data.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support investor reporting, including capital activity, statements and fund performance.
• Analyze performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DPI, yield) and present insights.
• Develop internal/external portfolio metrics and marketing collateral with charts.
• Update investor presentations, factsheets and bespoke materials with data.
• Coordinate responses to investor requests (DDQs, RFIs, ESG/DEI) and communicate findings.
• Support client service and CRM tracking, and work with cross-functional teams to share fund-level information.
