Job summary

Dagen is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to oversee the day-to-day experience of the firm's limited partners and prospective investors. The role blends outbound business development with high-quality investor communications and rigorous process management, working directly with the Founder & CIO.

The successful candidate will own the institutional prospect pipeline, manage CRM, and coordinate event planning and investor communications to drive capital formation and LP satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and manage institutional prospect pipeline across endowments, foundations, family offices, RIAs, and private wealth platforms.
• Coordinate full meeting lifecycle for the CIO: prep, materials, logistics, and follow-up.
• Own the firm’s CRM data integrity and pipeline reporting to the CIO.
• Distribute quarterly letters, fact sheets, and campaigns; track engagement and responses.
• Support existing limited partners through onboarding and document requests.
• Plan and support investor events and allocator network presence.

Job description

The Investor Relations Manager owns the day-to-day experience of the firm's limited partners and prospective investors. The mandate combines disciplined outbound business development with

high-quality investor communication and rigorous process management, working directly with the Founder& CIO.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and manage the institutional prospect pipeline across endowments, foundations, single and multi-family offices, RIAs, and private wealth platforms: research, qualification, outreach, and scheduling of introductory meetings.
• Coordinate the full meeting lifecycle for the CIO: preparation, materials, logistics, follow-up, and next-step tracking, ensuring every interaction ends with a defined next step and trigger date.
• Own the firm's CRM: data integrity, follow-up discipline and regular pipeline reporting to the CIO.
• Manage distribution of quarterly letters, fact sheets and campaign communications to prospect and limited partner lists; track engagement and substantive responses.
• Support existing limited partners through subscription windows, document requests and onboarding, in coordination with the fund administrator.
• Plan and support investor events, conference participation and the firm's presence in allocator networks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Five or more years of client-facing experience in financial services, including direct experience raising or introducing institutional capital to endowments, foundations, family offices or private wealth platforms.
• Demonstrated outbound business development discipline: list building, high-volume outreach and structured follow-up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with sophisticated financial audiences.
• CRM fluency (Salesforce or equivalent) and a rigorous, self-directed process orientation.
