Job summary

Power Solutions International (PSI), a leading powertrain manufacturer, seeks an Investor Relations Manager/Director to report to the CFO and manage communications with investors, analysts, and the financial community. You will shape market perception and ensure transparent disclosures.

You will develop IR strategy, prepare earnings releases and investor materials, organize roadshows, and ensure SEC/Nasdaq compliance while collaborating with finance, legal, and communications teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Communications (or related field).
• At least 5 years in investor relations, finance, equity research, or corporate communications; 8+ years in finance/accounting.
• Knowledge of capital markets, SEC reporting, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic investor relations plan to enhance shareholder value and market positioning.
• Prepare quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and regulatory filings (e.g., 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
• Lead engagement with institutional investors, analysts, and media; organize investor roadshows and conferences.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and communications to ensure timely disclosures.
