We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and motivated Investor Relations Coordinator to join NRG's Investor Relations team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Investor Relations, this individual will support the day-to-day execution of the Investor Relations program, including investor meetings, conferences and non-deal roadshows, scheduling, travel and other team activities.
The role will also support broader Investor Relations responsibilities, including meeting preparation, quarterly earnings activities and other projects. Responsibilities are expected to expand over time based on the individual's performance and capabilities.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The individual should demonstrate strong judgment, initiative, ownership and follow-through, along with strong analytical aptitude and intellectual curiosity.

The base salary range for this position is: $75,920 - $125,280* *The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
