Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in investor relations, client onboarding, operational due diligence or account administration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class client experience to current and prospective investors when addressing firm and fund related inquiries, managing production and distribution of investor-facing materials, and overseeing capital transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business partners and fund administrators to ensure all underlying capabilities are robust and integrated and presented.
• Own initiatives that include investing in our CRM, data integrity, client portals, and feature adoption as part of the operational backbone for the investor business.
• Process, reconcile, and further capital activity workflows in connection with subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
• Suggest, promote, and champion strategic initiatives that drive efficiency and enhance personalization of investor services through AI and other technology-powered solutions.
• Serve as a steward of the Two Sigma brand and set quality standards, build operational principals and uphold governance frameworks.
