Job summary

CLSA, a leading global investment firm, seeks an Investor Relations professional in New York to manage LP relationships, fundraising processes, and investor communications across regions.

You will maintain CRM databases, prepare reports and market insights, coordinate roadshows and events, and collaborate with finance, legal and senior leadership to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• At least 3 years in investor relations, fundraising or client-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of IRR, TVPI, MOIC, NAV and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamo).
• Experience in VC and PE environments; ESG framework knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; global exposure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive CRM database of current and prospective LPs.
• Segment investor base and generate pipeline reports.
• Prepare quarterly and annual LP reports and market insights.
• Coordinate roadshows, investor meetings and events; manage due diligence.
• Lead ESG-related communications and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for LP inquiries with finance & legal teams.
• Create investor materials, briefs, and tailored meeting agendas.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine fundraising strategy.
