Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years in investor relations, equity research or related field.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe Acrobat preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support investor relations initiatives through financial analysis, valuation work, peer benchmarking, industry research, and preparing materials for senior management and the Board.
• Develop messaging and communications for the investment community, including earnings presentations and Q&A preparation.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize information to support quarterly earnings and investor presentations.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Communications, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure consistent messaging.
• Improve data collection, organization, and analysis processes.
• Support engagement with investors, equity researchers, and external stakeholders.
• Manage ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
