Qualifications

• Educated to degree level (2:1) or equivalent.
• Minimum two years experience in private equity or private markets, investor relations, investment management, fund administration, investor reporting, analytics or similar data-intensive environment preferred.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Collaborative and willing to work across IR and P&A teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client engagement materials, meeting notes and follow-up actions.
• Support responses to investor queries and client update meetings.
• Assist fundraising materials, pitchbooks and ad hoc investor content.
• Assist quarterly investor reporting and recurring communications.
• Support KYC/AML coordination, governance, and data quality initiatives.
