Job summary

VulcanForms is seeking a skilled Investor Relations professional to translate company performance into clear investor communications. You will support investor updates, board materials, and engagement across financing cycles, while tracking investor requests and coordinating conferences.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in investment banking, equity research, investor relations, or corporate finance.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to produce clear, investor-ready communications.
  • Solid financial fluency and the ability to translate company performance into clear investor-facing communication.
  • Self-sufficient and detail-oriented, comfortable operating on a lean team with direct exposure to senior leadership.
  • Experience supporting fundraising processes or managing investor requests.
  • Experience coordinating investor conferences, roadshows, or events.
  • Exposure to industrial tech, advanced manufacturing, or aerospace & defense.

Job Purpose

Support VulcanForms’ investor communications, reporting, and relationship management. This role helps translate company performance and strategy into clear, compelling communication for the company’s investor base, and supports engagement across financing and reporting cycles.
