Viva Benefits is seeking an Advisor — Investor Relations to re-engage our existing investor network, build a pipeline of seed investors, and drive a steady cadence of high-quality meetings. This is a focused, execution-oriented role for someone who has done this before and understands the mechanics of early-stage fundraising.

During the interview process you will present a paid 2-week sprint and a 30/60/90 day plan showing value and impact. 10 hours/week at $25–$50/hour, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting or leading pre-seed/seed fundraising.
• Well-networked with angels, micro-VCs, and early-stage funds.
• Experience using HubSpot CRM.
• High follow-through and responsiveness.
• Willingness to execute and deliver results.
• Ability to manage or support a founder's fundraising process.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Viva Benefits' Investor Relations pipeline in HubSpot.
• Re-engage 100+ known investors and prior participants.
• Achieve a steady cadence of booked investor meetings.
• Source warm introductions to angels and seed funds.
• Coordinate pre/post meeting prep and follow-ups.
• Develop a 30/60/90 day plan after a 2-week sprint.
