Job summary

645 Ventures is seeking an Investor to join the Investment & Research team in New York City, focused on Fintech and B2B AI/Enterprise. You will work from the NYC office at least four days per week and help source, evaluate, and invest across seed, Series A, and growth investments.

You will collaborate with Co-Founders and General Partners, leverage Voyager and the firm’s network, and contribute to rigorous due diligence and investment execution to back the next generation of category-defining

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Venture Capital, Startups, or Angel investing (or equivalent)
• Strong sourcing, due-diligence, and investment evaluation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships with founders and ecosystem partners
• Access to high-quality entrepreneurial talent and deal-flow networks

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality investment opportunities using firm networks and proprietary tools.
• Evaluate and invest in competitive early-stage startups aligned with fintech and B2B AI/Enterprise.
• Support due diligence and advocate for investments while building relationships in the tech community.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Portfolio Operations to support portfolio companies and scale investments.
