Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in a client-facing, relationship management, or service coordination role.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
• Strong verbal communication skills — professional, warm, and effective at building rapport quickly by phone.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to work independently.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Promptly contact all inbound prospects upon inquiry; conduct warm, structured discovery conversations to understand goals and investment background.
• Brief the capital raising team before each meeting to ensure a tailored experience; aim for meaningful outreach with a minimum daily call target.
• Customize and deploy HubSpot email sequences tailored to each prospect's persona, using content drafted by our in-house writer.
• Conduct multi-channel outreach (phone, text, email) to engage prospects at the right moment.
• Identify re-engagement opportunities by monitoring CRM signals and engagement metrics.
• Own data integrity for all prospect records in HubSpot; audit, enrich, and correct fields to keep information accurate.
• Review notes and transcripts to verify CRM data accuracy and consistency.
• Follow SOPs with precision and offer structured feedback to improve processes.
