Initio Sphere is onboarding Investor Access Specialists to support controlled, high-quality access between qualified investment opportunities and our investor and fund manager network. This is not an employment role.

Investor Access Specialists operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process. Earn transaction-based compensation on closed deals and build a verified access track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Source or receive proprietary and referred investment opportunities
• Assess opportunity readiness and investor relevance
• Prepare and share high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)
• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and investors
• Support early-stage diligence handoff to internal analyst teams
• Investor Access Specialists are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising.
