Our Investments teams across the Americas help clients become better investors through research, market insight and local expertise. Interns may join our Equities, Fixed Income or ETF teams, working alongside investment professionals to support research, portfolio analysis and client outcomes.
The Investment Internship Program is a 10-week, full-time internship based in Philadelphia from June to August 2027. You'll gain hands‑on experience in asset management, working on real projects, analysing financial and market data, and supporting investment research. You'll attend team meetings, contribute to discussions and present your work to experienced colleagues.
Alongside meaningful work, you'll benefit from structured learning, networking opportunities and exposure to senior leaders. Successful interns may also be considered for Aberdeen's 24-month rotational Graduate Program, starting in September 2028.
Throughout the program, you'll benefit from a structured development plan, access to e-learning, and opportunities to connect with senior leaders and colleagues across Aberdeen.
We're looking for undergraduate students in their junior year of study, graduating between December 2027 and June 2028, who are excited to learn, contribute and explore a career in investments.

Previous knowledge of investments, Equities, Fixed Income or ETFs is not required. We welcome applications from all degree backgrounds and are more interested in your potential, mindset and motivation to learn.
Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the United States and not require current or future sponsorship for employment visa status.
