talisman, a renewable energy developer, is seeking a Finance Manager (Investments) in Durham, NC. Hybrid work option or remote with monthly travel; you will manage end-to-end transaction workstreams from capital raises to acquisitions and closing, while maintaining complex financial models.

You will collaborate with Development, Legal, FP&A, and Accounting, interface with lenders and tax equity investors, and guide analysts on modelling and transactions.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in finance with renewable energy or power markets.
• Experience at a utility-scale developer, investment bank, or transaction-focused firm.
• Strong knowledge of project finance tools including construction debt, term loans, tax equity, and tax credit transfer.
• Clear communicator capable of presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead project debt and tax equity capital raise processes; RFPs, term sheet negotiations, investor Q&A, and legal documentation.
• Manage corporate financing transactions and existing credit facilities.
• Screen acquisition opportunities, support structuring and pricing, and manage due diligence through to close.
• Build, review, and maintain complex financial models across a range of capital structures.
• Prepare board presentations and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Guide analysts on financial modelling and transaction workstreams.
