Job summary

Vanguard in Malvern, PA, is seeking a data & operations professional to support portfolio managers and traders with investment data and portfolio activities. You will analyze data, validate accuracy, and resolve discrepancies across multiple teams while helping manage onboarding and market events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in the Financial Services industry or related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and succeed in evolving operational environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting portfolio managers, trading functions, investment operations, or market-facing activities.
• Knowledge of investment products, portfolio management concepts, or trade lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency with Python, VBA, SQL, or other data analysis and automation tools.
• Progress toward or completion of a CFA designation, MBA, or other investment-related credential.

Please note this is an on-site position 5 days a week Monday-Friday.
