Job summary

AllianceBernstein in New York invites undergraduates with strong investing interest to join our Investments Summer Internship Program. Interns are placed in one asset class and gain exposure across Equities, Fixed Income and Multi-Asset Solutions while exploring data science, technology and research roles.

Selected candidates will develop analysis and communication skills, present findings to senior management, and may join the Investments Rotational Associate Program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree candidates with passion for investing.
• GPA 3.5 or higher.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Interest in using data/technology to support investment research.
• Experience with Python, MATLAB, SQL or data visualization is valued.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Available to work full-time in-person June–August.
• No conflicting classes or employment.
• Comfort with data and tech in investment context.

Responsibilities

• Rotate within one asset class and gain exposure across AB's investment teams.
• Contribute to investment research, trading, portfolio management and data science.
• Present projects to Investments senior management at end of summer.
• Work with technology and quantitative research.
• Complete background checks and adhere to internship schedule.
