Qualifications

• Experience or coursework in investment research, portfolio theory, or macroeconomic analysis preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Python, R, or SQL is a plus.
• Ability to synthesize data into clear strategic narratives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct macroeconomic, market, and asset-class research to support strategy development.
• Analyze long-term trends, investment themes, and drivers of returns.
• Support portfolio construction, asset allocation, and rebalancing frameworks.
• Evaluate opportunities and strategies across asset classes or sectors.
• Develop investment theses, white papers, and internal strategy presentations.
• Monitor portfolio performance relative to strategic objectives and benchmarks.
• Assist with scenario analysis, stress testing, and downside risk considerations.
• Build and maintain analytical tools, models, and dashboards.
• Support periodic strategy reviews and investment committee materials.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
