Qualifications

• 4-year degree and 2+ years of financial services experience
• Knowledge of JPMorgan Funds products and distribution channels
• Familiarity with JPMorgan Insights programs (Guide to the Markets, Guide to Retirement, Portfolio Insights)
• Good verbal and written communication with varied stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with ability to adapt to changing priorities and high pressure
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal and external Client Advisors to generate revenue growth and client retention
• Prospect, close business, build relationships and promote JPMorgan mutual funds
• Answer incoming calls to the Funds Financial Advisor Services desk
• Create client presentations; develop prep and follow-up materials for meetings
• Assist Financial Advisors with JPMorgan Funds website questions
• Liaise with Internal Client Advisors on Portfolio Insights reports; document sales activity in Salesforce
• Create proposals and illustrative models for key sales representatives as needed
• Collaborate with team members and investment professionals across the firm on cross-asset projects
