Job summary

SoFi is seeking an Investment Specialist in Jacksonville, FL to assist members with building and improving their financial futures using SoFi Invest products. You will handle inquiries across phone, chat, and email, educate clients on margin, options, equities, and brokerage accounts, and work with management to refine processes.

The role requires Series 7/63/65 or 7/66 licensing, 2+ years in financial services, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the following licensing combos: Series 7, 63, & 65 OR Series 7 & 66.
• Must maintain all professional certifications required for the role.
• 2+ years of financial services experience, preferably in a service environment.
• Experience and understanding of margin and option concepts, rules and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
• Deep understanding of financial concepts and ability to meet client needs.
• Self-starter with a team attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support members via phone, chat, and email.
• Educate and assist members on margin, options and equities.
• Troubleshoot operational or technical issues related to SoFi Invest.
• Monitor member accounts with attention to detail.
• Assist with opening, funding, and transacting in member accounts.
• Collaborate with management and product teams to improve processes.
• Assess client financial situations and goals during inbound calls.
• Educate on brokerage and Robo accounts benefits and features.
• Explain account opening processes to potential investors.
• Discuss investment performance with wealth members.
• Provide operational support for investment-related questions.
