Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is hiring an Investment Consultant in Tampa, Florida. You will develop customized financial plans using Fidelity’s range of products and planning tools, guiding clients through investment decisions to grow durable relationships with a local advisor.

You will work with existing clients and warm leads, leveraging planning resources to tailor solutions to client needs while maintaining strong, proactive outreach and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and state registrations, or ability to acquire Series 66 on hire.
• Leverage Fidelity’s guidance tools for financial planning discussions and solution recommendations.
• Use technology to prepare for and conduct efficient one-on-one appointments and follow-up planning.
• Grow relationships through proactive outreach and referrals to wealth management partners.
• A degree or other certifications are beneficial (tuition reimbursement can help obtain CFP, degree, or equivalent).
• Understand investment solutions and educate customers on their values and differences.
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills and ability to grow relationships.
• Take initiative and exceed expectations.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills in a fast-paced environment.
