This individual will work with large, complex data sets to uncover trends, answer critical business questions, and provide actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making. The team is also focused on modernizing reporting and data capabilities, creating an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, learning new systems, and helping drive transformation within a highly visible business area.

  • Advanced proficiency with SQL, database querying, and working with underlying data structures
  • Experience with analytics, advanced analytics, statistics, predictive modeling, and business intelligence solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in large, complex data sets
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into analytical and technical solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience supporting financial services, banking, treasury, custody, investment services, or related industries preferred
  • Experience supporting reporting modernization, data transformation, cloud migration, or legacy system modernization initiatives preferred
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to operate independently, learn new systems quickly, and deliver results with minimal direction
