Job summary

The candidate will use quantitative methods and analytical tools to evaluate managers, maintain models, and contribute to strategic initiatives within Wealth Management Solutions. Minneapolis-based hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Series 7 or ability to obtain within 120 days.
• Prior manager research experience.
• CFA, CAIA, CIMA, CIPM.
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to combine investment knowledge and technical expertise to produce effective results.
• Experience with analytical software to analyze investments (Excel, Access, FactSet, Morningstar Direct).
• Experience managing professional relationship with third party institutions.
• Attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support investment research and manager selection for product lines.
• Update, maintain and improve analytical tools, models and processes.
• Manage relationships with external partners; report on performance and due diligence.
• Contribute to cross-organizational projects including development, marketing and maintenance.
