Qualifications

• 0-2.5 years of professional work experience preferred but not required.
• Undergraduate degree with outstanding academic achievement.
• Coursework in financial engineering, business, and economics is highly desirable.
• Proficient with programming (Python/C++) and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Support tasks related to creating new research and maintaining existing research.
• Develop content-area expertise and document research methodology.
• Improve research outputs for usability, insights, and visuals.
• Systematize quantitative research and manage metadata for databases.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring trades to validate strategies.
