Job summary

The Associate Investment Analyst at Foster Group supports the Investment Research Team in research, due diligence, monitoring, and Investment Committee processes. The role develops foundational investment knowledge and the analytical skills needed to support the firm's research platform.

You will gather and organize investment data across asset classes, prepare materials for the Investment Committee, assist with ad-hoc research, and collaborate with advisors and internal stakeholders while

Responsibilities

Support investment research across data collection, analysis, and documentation.
Prepare materials and data for Investment Committee meetings and reports.
Maintain research files, notes, and supporting documentation.
Learn and apply the firm's investment philosophy and capital markets concepts.
Communicate findings clearly to teammates and stakeholders.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing development.
