Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate license or willingness to obtain one.

• Strong communication, coachability, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email, using CRM systems and other technology tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a commission-based environment.

• Work directly with real estate investors to identify goals, evaluate opportunities, and help purchase properties that fit investment strategies.
• Build and manage investor relationships while growing a personal book of business.
• Leverage Prophet’s training, technology, and marketplace to maximize success.

• Close high-volume transactions with faster closings and strong earnings potential.
• Progress from Sales to Acquisitions quickly with opportunities for management roles.
