Job summary

Crews Bank & Trust is seeking a Financial Advisor in Southwest Florida to join the Trust & Wealth Management team. You will assist with investment portfolio activities and the sales process alongside the Wealth Strategist to meet client needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and 5–7 years of experience in investments, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related area.
• Five to seven years experience in Investments.
• Collaborative and team-oriented environment is valued.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Identify investors' objectives and develop an investment policy/strategy.
• Implement strategy through financial assets and real assets.
• Monitor market conditions and investor circumstances.
• Adjust portfolio to reflect changes and variables.
• Assist clients with account questions and statement review.
• Maintain relationships with key community leaders through networking.
• Work with the team to identify, analyze and select securities and funds for the Buy list.
