Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management is looking to hire an Investment Performance Analyst based in our Century City office. This position is primarily responsible for the maintenance and calculation of GIPS composites, including coordinating and supporting the GIPS verification efforts. Additionally, this role fulfills periodic and ad‑hoc reporting needs, such as performance and risk statistics, portfolio analytics requests, fundamental characteristics, attribution, and RFP/questionnaire requests for performance data. The analyst will also cross‑train within the PAR team and assist on other related projects as needed.
The starting base salary is $80,000.00 to $120,000 plus applicable bonuses and incentives. The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
