Aon is seeking an Investment Consulting Performance Analyst for a hybrid role based in Atlanta, Chicago, or Norwalk. You will support consultants and clients with data-related work, balance statements, and prepare performance reports.

The position requires a strong foundation in capital markets, excellent writing skills, and 0–1+ years in investments. Office tools proficiency and a collaborative, accurate work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, mathematics, or statistics.
• 0–1+ years of experience in the investment space.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of capital markets and investments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office suite).
• Excellent technical and analytical skills.
• Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support consultants and clients with data-related work.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Balance financial account statements for client portfolios.
• Audit rates of return and reconcile discrepancies with custodians/managers.
• Prepare quarterly investment performance reports from multiple sources.
• Gather manager research documents for senior client team review.
• Update Risk Analyzer with cash flows for client dashboards.
• Respond to ad hoc client/consultant requests.
• Prepare written interpretations of portfolio results for client meetings.
• Meet with senior client teams to discuss issues.
