INVST is an independent Registered Investment Advisory firm based in Indianapolis. The Investment Operations Specialist role focuses on accurate investment, billing, and auditing transactions, while supporting the advisory team to maintain operational excellence.

You will process client money movements, transfers, and account transactions, manage daily trading operations, and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients. This is a full-time, on-site position in Indianapolis.

As our Investment Operations Specialist, you'll handle the critical investment, billing, and auditing transactions that help our clients achieve their dreams. In addition, you'll support our advisory team with the operational excellence they need to succeed.
