Job summary

Blue Trust, a wealth management and trust services firm, seeks an Investment Operations Specialist, Centralized Services in Alpharetta, GA to provide investment account management and administrative support to Advisors. You will handle portfolio reconciliation, data verification in Orion, and participate in new account setup while serving teams nationwide from the Blue Trust National Office.

Qualifications

Experience and industry knowledge in financial services or accounting with an emphasis on investment acumen.
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, especially MS Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Personal integrity and ability to discreetly handle confidential data.

Responsibilities

Handles portfolio management reconciliation and processing per Advisor instructions.
Verifies client data in Orion.
Ensures system portfolio performance is accurate.
Participates in new account set-up and updates in various systems.
Provides service support and administration, including responding to inquiries from field personnel.
