The Investment Operations Analyst will provide day-to-day derivatives operations support to the Company's investment portfolio managers, traders, investment reporting, risk, and compliance teams. The position will support the middle- and back-office functions of the derivatives portfolio, with a focus on trade lifecycle management, including confirmations and affirmations, collateral and margin management, settlements, and reconciliations.
This is a remote role with required travel to the Farmington, CT office for in-person events a few times per year.

Salary Range: Min $90,000 - Max $122,000 plus eligibility for annual bonus program.
