Job summary

You will collaborate with investment, finance, operations, and business development teams, help onboard new projects, and drive process improvements to strengthen investment operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, investment operations, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with complex financial data.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage investment project data and support quarterly updates across multiple systems.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for a portfolio of investment projects.
• Analyze project data, investigate discrepancies, and help ensure reporting accuracy.
• Partner with teams across investment, finance, operations, and business development to support project execution.
• Assist with onboarding new investment projects and maintaining related documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements and help enhance investment operations workflows.

This role offers a blend of investment operations, financial analysis, and project coordination, with responsibilities spanning project data management, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The position provides broad exposure across multiple business functions in a collaborative, analytical environment.

What You'll Do:

• Manage investment project data and support quarterly updates across multiple systems
