Yoh Services LLC is seeking an experienced Hybrid Investment Management Recruiter (RPO) to support the recruitment of specialized financial services talent across Asset Management, Alternative Investments, Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, and Investment Operations in the Philadelphia suburbs.

The role focuses on building pipelines, consulting stakeholders, and delivering high-quality candidates for professional through executive-level roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within Financial Services, Investment Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Alternative Investments.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify passive candidates.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Recruit for roles across Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Investment Operations, Finance, Accounting, Risk, Compliance, and Leadership.
