Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Investment Management Associate for its Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in investment management law and a strong academic background.

Responsibilities include representing registered investment companies, drafting registration statements and investment management agreements, and ensuring compliance with federal securities laws. Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction is required.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience with the Investment Company Act of 1940 and related regulations.
• Proven experience with the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Intrinsic motivation and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Represent registered investment companies in legal matters.
• Prepare and review registration statements and offering documents.
